Registration and Subscription
When you register on our product websites to create your user profile to access the full array of services provided by ARTiFACTS, you will provide your name, email address and you will choose a password. The password is not stored in our system. For additional benefits and to maximize the utility of the Sites and services we provide, you may also be asked to provide information concerning your organization, educational institution, company affiliations, title, professional affiliations and similar information. Providing this information is optional. We do not collect any financial information such as credit card details or sensitive health information. -

We will remove the data, in a timely fashion, that the data is no longer publicly displayed on our website. However, be aware that the data may not be completely or comprehensively removed from all our and/or our systems (e.g., backups, etc.).
In addition, the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”) grants you the right to request access to and deletion of the Personal Information ARTiFACTS collects about you, as well as to request that we disclose how we collect, use, and share your Personal Information.
California residents also have a right to opt-out of the sale of their Personal Information by a business and a right not to be discriminated against for exercising any of their rights under the CCPA.
No sale of Personal Information: ARTiFACTS does NOT sell (as such term is defined in the CCPA) your Personal Information to third parties.
No Discrimination: ARTiFACTS does not discriminate against any User for exercising their rights under CCPA.
